Completely useless cameras, I have owned and used most GoPro cameras since the start and not a single one of them has actually worked without problems. The latest GoPro 10 Black is just another piece of garbage and turns itself of whenever it wants to. You can never count on these cameras, so if you actually wanna capture those memories you should stay far away from this brand. They just can't handle any environment, battery dies as soon as it get colds, waterproof rating is a total scam and let's not even start talking about the software which is the worst. Even the cloud solution for storing your data is terrible and won't sync properly resulting in loss of data.

A lot of issues even on the New Models, for example Hero 9 model overheating strongly, connection failure every time you try to connect with the Quik app and the saddest thing the Battery drains extremly fast even if you do not record nothing in the House...A Year later they did nothing to improve those issues...

Do yourself a favor and absolutely do not buy from GoPro. If you want that camera, buy from Amazon so you can deal with their customer service. I made a terrible mistake and bought directly from their website. I'm currently on the phone with their out-of-country customer services for the 8th time as they continue to "promise" me they are fixing the problem and they have "escalated" it yet again. I can't even exaggerate how many times they have assured me they are working to take care of my order but it never happens. They have failed miserably 100% of the time and there's never anyone better to talk to. Now I'm trying to figure out how to file my complaint with a government entity that controls their business license and claim fraud and theft of my money. I'm sure others have bought from their website and had no problems, but if you end up with an issue, it will never be resolved. Save the possible headache and either buy something else or buy from Amazon. I wish I could leave less than 1 star here.

Pray you never need to use gopro support. I have been trying to replace my Hero9 for OVER A MONTH. I have spent hours on the phone with support and wasted so much time filling out their support portal request over and over again with no success. Their chat doesn't work, you can't email them, and they won't let you call. They call you when coinvent for them, and if you miss that call you are straight up screwed. Their cameras are okay when they work, but God help you if you ever have an issue with one.

Good luck, they have poor customer service. I had to return mine to the store twice for 2 different issues. I can't even get GoPro to sell me the GoPro Care at another $209 on top of what I paid for the Karma. I will not purchase another GoPro product until they fix their Customer Support problems.
Not what you need to have to take it to be autoalized and programmed can be a diode inside ok.
