I ordered and paid ($800+) for a Drone 23 days ago and STILL have not received my package. Your customer service says a refund is unavailable without the return of the product, which I have STILL not received!! Package, refund or BBB...you choice!

Good luck, they have poor customer service. I had to return mine to the store twice for 2 different issues. I can't even get GoPro to sell me the GoPro Care at another $209 on top of what I paid for the Karma. I will not purchase another GoPro product until they fix their Customer Support problems.

This is a review board forngoogle maps and not gopro customer support. I doubt anyone from gopro will ever even see this... Might try official channels to get any reliable and timely support. Best of luck.
