This juice it up use to be so nice. Just recently I've had 2 bad experiences here. The first one was a few months ago when I found hair in my acai bowl. I just figured it was a nasty mistake and blew it off. I return back to find the same individual working the front counter, appearing unhappy to see me. She was extremely rude and was very short with her answers. She proceeded to watch my family and I as she made the bowls for us with unpleasantness on her face. She then proceeded to walk to the back of the store out of plane view and came back shortly. I had made up in my mind then that I was not going to eat these bowls. I then walked out and threw these bowls away and went to a more friendly juice it up in Rialto.

So I just left this place after 20 min wait the girl got my order wrong after 6 people they wanted to fix my order. Ugh no just give me my money back wack service here no communication skills never comming here again. I would have gave them zero stars

Wonderful people and really good smoothies! I've never had a Juice it up do a smoothie without little chunks before and it was the perfect consistency where it just melts in your mouth! I requested it be made with love through the app and they followed through!
