Some of the floors and walls have seen better days which, at first, may leave the impression that the place is a bit run down but everything you need actually works perfectly. There is a nice mix of guests and beautiful common places to hang or work remotely. The staff are very efficient, friendly and will help with anything. Great value for money and really adds to the whole experience of the city.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. The staff are all really nice. The beds are really good with the storage and shelves and curtains. It also felt quite safe being away from the street a little. It was also clean and tidy 😇😇

Highly recommend. It is close to the BART for getting to & from the airport. Staff was kind, helped me with food suggestions & a lost bag. Hostel is clean with a lot of individual restroom. Mattress was surprisingly cozy! Privacy curtains & personal light & outlet in each bed is lovely. Wasn't too much partying or noise going on when I was there. People were quiet & respectful. It is a chill & clean hostel.

Do not stay here, this place is really dirty. I went and left without staying the night because it looked so unsanitary everywhere. Not a good neighborhood either, do yourself a favor and do not believe the hype. Trying to do a public service here by warning you as I’ve stayed in many hostels while traveling.
