This review is for the scheduling service office in Stockton. I paid $2,000 for the U-Haul container to be delivered, and I NEVER received my container! I scheduled a delivery 2.5 weeks in advance, and now no one in the office knows where it is. I was told for 2 days that a driver Tasha has it, but no one can contact the driver. I have been given run-around for the last 2 days. U-Haul is unprofessional and irresponsible. Save your money and energy and use another company! U-haul will TAKE your MONEY and WILL NOT DELIVER your BELONGINGS! I was told that the formal complaint had been filed, and Chris Trudell will contact me. Let's see how many more days or weeks I have to wait to receive my container. My order number is #97831947 in case someone from U-Haul decides to assist me with this issue.

Great staff and reservations accomplished. Very resourceful truck to made my day productivity. Used my mobile app to do drop off procedures for the first time and it was done. Got receipt in email. Staff checked on me doing drop off procedures. Of course I will go there again.

Worst three and half hours of my life! I was quoted an hour and a half for installation of a hitch. It took 3 1/2 hours I was told they had a waiting room they did not see installer broke a testing light and had to go to the store to buy another one when he finally got done installing he couldn't get it to ring up correctly and finally just said oh I'm giving you a discount for your trouble but he didn't give me a discount he just forgot to give me the hitch ball I was so frustrated I couldn't go back. The installer was obviously completely incompetent and didn't know what he was doing and I'm really concerned about even using this hitched to haul anything I'm afraid it may just come right out off my vehicle. Terrible customer service told me I should've just dropped my vehicle off I told him I live an hour away and somebody else would've had to come with me and drive their vehicle and waste three and half hours of their day.

Horrible service. I reserved a trailer online Thursday, then went into the store on Saturday morning to get it. No one greeted me, although two people were at the counter. Apparently, it takes two people to work one register. I get the trailer, and am told that I can return it after hours, so long as it's back before 24 hours has expired. Since I got the trailer at 8:55am, to me, this means return it before 8:55am Sunday morning... So, Sunday morning, we return the trailer, but the location isn't open. We don't think anything of it - until I get a call saying that my trailer is late & that it was due this morning. I call back & am unable to reach the actual location - just call centers & people answering calls at home. No one can connect me to the location, and one woman actually hung up on me. I finally get someone to send a message to the store, but of course no one replies, and no one has called me back yet. I'm literally about to go back to the location & point out the trailer, but if that's necessary, I'm demanding a partial refund for my gas and my time. The workers at the location should have checked their inventory 1st thing this morning, and the fact that no one has just reiterates how inept these folks are. In short - uhaul of Stockton sucks! Better to rent from somewhere else!

Valid drivers license. Bank card to hold the rental. At the end you can either pay cash or let it the rental be paid from your bank card.
