I have used their service a few times, mostly for service maintenance. I had called them for placing a steering stabilizer in my jeep. I provided my owe parts and I double check with them if they were capable of performing the task. I asked them to please double check their work. When the job was completed I went over their work and I noticed the part hitting another part. So i was told to come back tomorrow with the guarantee the work will be corrected. I returned next morning and I encounter the owner, which he was rude and raise his voice when I tried to explain to him what his mechanic had told me. To bring back the car and I it will get fix. So, the owner basically is blaming me for bringing my owe part and not telling him to remove the any old parts. “I’m not the mechanic you are” is what I told him. Then he stay quiet for few seconds. I lost a day of work and I didn’t get the work corrected. He refused to give any discount for making guarantees on work they were able to perform. This man is very unprofessional and has no respect for women. This is what I walk away with. Never going back

They took our car in during an emergency after another shop flat out refused us. They charge accordingly with their quality work. Update: I took my car in for AC issues a couple months back and it is again not working. I called them back because it was supposed to be fixed but they told me they would charge me the diagnostic fee again. Why should I pay to have you fix the same problem you should have fixed the first time! Ridiculous.
