I was in Stockton for a baby shower when my battery died. Richie Laredo got my car in-and-out and less than the promised 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon! I was able to make it back to the baby shower and time for cupcakes! Service was great and Richie was especially helpful

I just wanna start of by saying thank you Richey and team. You guys took me in immediately and took care of my car. I needed emergency help and you guys handled it. I appreciate you all. Overpriced and bad communication! I took my car in at 8am and even though I scheduled online the guy at the counter didn’t know what I was there for (brakes were grinding). Around 10am Nik called and said the inspection was done and it’s be “about one or two hours.” After 3hrs I hadn’t heard anything and I called around 1pm and all he said was they’re still working on it. I called again after 4pm (another 3hrs!) and still all Nik said was “I don’t know, he’s still working on it.” I mentioned he told me initially it’d be a couple hours he just said, well ya. “A couple hours” does not mean all day! He had a bad attitude and I got no explanation or anything. Very rude when I asked if it’d even be done today. Almost $800 and 10hrs later! All they had to do was communicate what was going on, not “I don’t know we’ll call you” then never call and give me attitude. Absolutely not worth it. Let’s also mention how dirty this place is!

This place is one of the worst places I’ve ever been too. (The ladies in the front are amazing ) but the workers and other staff and unprofessional and don’t do what you make an appointment for just useless. Proved to them they didn’t do and alignment on my car. I tired to look at the paper they gave me to see what was done and they gave me the wrong paperwork for a whole other car. When I called they they told me to come back. When I asked for the paperwork for my car they couldn’t find the alignment paper and I asked for my money back and that I want to be done with them. I told them I didn’t want them touching my car and to give me a refund. The manager said he had to look at my car in order to give me my refund I let him look at it, I told him I didn’t want them to do anything else to my car. They had my car for another 45 min and where doing the so called “alignment test”but changed my tires around now said that it no longer pulls to the right but now pulls to the left and refused to give me a refund. I drove my car and it don’t pulls slightly. Mind you my appointment with them was at 9am it’s now 3pm and after a headache with them and them trying to take people for their money!! I’d never recommend anyone to them. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
Anywhere from $30 and up depending on the type of oil that you want, also with any oil change it's always best to change the filter which i think is included.
Shouldn't you call them? Not post it here...if you want a job, that is.
