I just got a very bad service from this store this morning. The guys name is Charles, I went in at 8:00am, and told me that it will be done in 20 minutes. 8:15am my car is still outside

Maybe 20 minutes depending on the service, if having all four new tires put on may suggest dropping off your vehicle for a couple of hours in reality.
