Customer Service is completely and utterly horrible. And when trying to call them over the phone, they hang up on you and leave their lines ringing endlessly.

I waited almost 4 hours for my cars oil change with only 3 cars ahead of me. After my oil changes however, one of my light settings would no longr perform properly and this was causing my battery to drain. I returned only to have them tell me it was probably something I was doing wrong and that they couldn't help. they assured me that no wiring was messed with. turns out they somehow messed up one of my sensors. I am incredibly disappointed by the overall customer service experience

Arrived about 650 am, three cars ahead of me for an oil change. Check in went quickly and then I was able to do my weekly shopping. On my way home with groceries at 815. Very good service, clean oil, filters all checked and clean inside of car

Great Service !!! Went in for a oil change and some store shopping. It was quite convenient and affordable. There was no Up Sell Sales Pressure. Nothing but a Quick, Affordable Oil Change. Got most of my shopping done and my car was ready before I knew it.

You should call them and talk with mechanic, cause representative can't give you right answer. When I arrived there mechanic said he doesn't has wrench for my car. I waste 26 miles.
