Brought my car in for diagnostic. 3 days later they could not find an issue and they recommended me take it to the dealer. Due to my issues I've had with my car I understood. Went to pick up my car and they didn't charge me for looking at it because they couldn't find anything. Its hard to find an honest shop. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

I paid 1,000 dollars for wheel alignment front and back. That was not done correctly, I then came back in less then a month and they tried to charge me a additional 2600 dollars in parts. They are very nice because they are over charging and I really liked them. So please be aware of there pricing and labor I went somewhere else and was charged 600 for everything.

Always good top quality work from this shop. Matt is amazing and always explains what they find and what needs to be done. They never try to nickel and dime you to death. Always up front with prices as close as they can be. You have to always be ready for surprises when it comes to auto repair. You never know what can be found. I simply go in tell them my problem give them my budget and if it's going to be more ask for a phone call first and they always stand by that. Highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a fair deal on repairs.

I was referred here by a friend that I trust. She said he was honest and that the work would be done right. It ended up being the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic- quality, honest work and very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Jim's Allignment to anyone who needs auto work and wants the best but doesn't want to pay outrageous prices. I know little to nothing about cars. He could have totally ripped me off and I never would have known. Instead, he was thorough and explanatory and very pleasant. I will certainly return if I ever need a great mechanic. Thank you!
