I currently live here. The heating unit doesn't work properly. I have brought it to the attention of the management multiple times and requested maintenance. They closed all the requests without even asking me or taking a look at the unit. The electricity bill is through the roof for such a small place. Very poor service. Will not recommend.

Great Location for Walking To Everything Needed. Nice Neighbors. Places are Very Nice. My Son and his Friend lived here while going to JBC. I’ve Been There Many Times and Always Found it to be Plowed In Winter and Well Maintained Year Round. They Were Very Happy and Had No Problems While living there.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Renting from Bryerwood was a last resort as there were not any affordable apartments available at the time. Other reviews state these are comfortable and the new renovations are great. That …Dear Mrs. Smith, it is unfortunate that you wrote such a review. As you may recall since you were clearly unhappy with your unit and it was apparent that we were not going to ever satisfy you, we offered to let you out of your lease penalty free; however, you chose to stay in your apartment the entire 12 month lease term. You were free to move at any point without penalty. We received 3 work orders in 12 months from you. All your maintenance issues were tracked, documented, and addressed promptly and accordingly. Our maintenance team is on site regularly addressing ALL tenant concerns, issues and requests. The Bryerwood community is mostly comprised of an older tenant base. It is company policy to screen all incoming tenants credit and criminal records. Google does not have the ability for us to post the photos that show your apartment at the time you rented and then how you and your husband left our property. Those photos would give a more accurate picture of your review. In the entire 12 months that you resided there, we never once received any notification from any code enforcement officer. As stated before, we hope you enjoy your new home and find some peace with yourselves.

No not really. My grandmother lives there now and she loves it. There are still some people to weed out but all in all it's really good!
