This Aldi's used to be a good store until they got self checkout and their one cashier on the floor was refusing customers unless they were getting cash back. My wife went up here today, who is pregnant and wanted to get checked out by an in person cashier because she was exhausted from walking through the store. The cashier was telling people if they weren't getting cashback to use the self checkout. She only had one person in line. Now mind you these cashier's more than likely make 20 dollars an hour to do their job but are complaining about having to do a job. Next time I'm going to come up there myself and I'm going to fill my cart to the brim and leave it up front for the workers to put away. This is terrible customer service and a poor excuse for an employee. If you're complaining about working at your job you should probably get a new job. As a consumer I should have the right to choose full service or self service.
