It is ok. We ask for a larger SUV. We get a smaller size that don't fit the walker or our luggage in it. We had to go to 2 different locations just to get this SUV. Pick up at 12pm became 1pm. Now we have a 7 hour drive ahead of us.

The vehicle was clean and ready at the date and time needed. The staff was very professional and answered my questions concisely. The return date had to be adjusted and was handled quickly with no hassle. The drop off at the end was seamless at the body shop. It was a very positive experience.

Ok I have up until today had no problem service has been great. Sorry about the little rant for some reason I was having a blonde moment and got my day mixed up I thought it was Monday when it was Sunday
