They lie about how long it will take to get your food. They say 20 minutes, but they don't actually start cooking it until you get there, regardless of how long you wait to go. The food is not good either. The pork fried rice was the worst I've ever had in my life, and even after we waited forever, they still forgot part of our order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I've lived across the street from here for 24 years and this will always be my favorite local Chinese food. I ordered quite a bit of food tonight and waited about an hour. It was well worth the wait. My dad is retired and used to love getting Moo Goo Gai Pan (pictured) all the time when he lived out in Long Beach, CA. He says it's the best Chinese he's lived out west. The food is delicious but after you order you have to wait for hours. Ordered @ 3:38pm it’s 6:26pm right now, still waiting. This happens every time. The fastest was about an hour. I think they need more help. Like a prep cook.

Great food but customer service is not it I always get hung up on while ordering and going inside I also get ignored while trying to pay for my meal
