Today, my twin teens had their very first color experience… The entire team at Ulta made this a wonderful experience for my daughters, as well as myself. My daughters walked in the door with high expectations… They walked out with the brightest of smiles!!!! Thank you to the team!!!! It was a combination effort, for color combination, cuts, and total team effort. The amount of energy you each put in, is astounding… As a mom, and fist timer with teens and color… THANK YOU!!!! The ladies at Ulta at Destiny are amazing! They were so busy, working incredibly hard to make sure every customer was helped and taken care of. I came in with an online order and we were leaving the mall, and just thought we'd see if it might be ready. It wasn't, but Heather offered to put our order together so we didn't have to make a second trip. I thought she meant it was in the back, but she had to shop for it! She went above and beyond, and was so kind. She is amazing!

I love the staff here! The actually solved my smudgey mascara problem! They are always willing to give suggestions and they know their products. They are able to direct you to products in different price ranges knowing which ones work/what doesn't. I'm always happy with my purchase there.
