I visit upstate New York yearly so I've tried different barbershops there that really didn't do a satisfying job. I found Collins barbershop online. Nice clean place but I was leary about the barber who was cutting my hair cause he was so young but he did a great job. Mr. Collins is the more experienced barber and he does excellent work. This is my new barber home when I'm in Syracuse New York.

Been coming here for 15+ years. One of, if not the most consistent barbershop in the area. Always professional, courteous, respectful. Honest rates. Great family business. I remember everytime I came in, I'd see Mr. Collins Sr. Or Mr. Collins jr. Great each and EVERY customer that came in. Now they have passed that tradition down to their children and other employees who work in the shop. A great customer service experience you rarely find these days in most shops. Come here for not only a good consistent cut done right the first time, but professional service and honest rates.

Barber was extremely friendly, managed to get a haircut without an appointment. The actual shop wasn't exactly in the best condition but the service exceeded my expectation. the prices were also reasonable. overall good, 4.1
