I came in n to Papa Johns on James St to get my son, whom is in hospital, 2 slices of pizza cause this place is his favorite. He opened the box to dried out pizza. It was so bad that he said that the hospital food was better. I left hospital after I left there which was 2 hours later due to visiting hours. The manager Melissa said she wouldn’t change for 2 new ones‼️ This is rediculous‼️‼️ They knew what it was like. I am so disappointed with this company‼️‼️

The lady who took our order name is Brianna and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! It's my birthday today and I'm having the worse birthday ever and she was so kind and so sweet and I would give her 5 stars just for her service and kindness and she truly made my day!!!! I have always liked this franchise. The one in Ithaca is the best. The one in Syracuse on James street has really gone down hill. The past 3 times I went there two times it took over seven minutes for them to answer the phone. The past two times there the pizza was cold in the middle and still doughy. You are going to keep losing customers if they continue to act like they don’t care.
