Today was my first experience with Mandati Jewelers and Scott. But it will not be my last. I went into the store looking to match a wedding band for my wife of 30 plus years. She has a illness that caused her fingers to swell and the original didn't fit anymore We couldn't match the exact make. Mandati's team suggested Scott to take a look at it. He actually said he could re-size the ring to the suggested size I needed and he did it on the spot and buffed it to look brand new. I was given a new box and bag with a charge of no charge. This is true Customer Service at it's finest. I will be recommending all our employees and friends to shop at Mandati's. I am forever grateful.
