Save your money and go somewhere else, or at the very least go to All Star Village. I will never recommend this place to anyone. The staff is constantly threatening kids with game suspensions for stupid things like forgetting to wear a hat in uniform on the way to the bathroom, or being 20 feet in front of a coach while walking pass the security gate. You should go to Dreams Park if you want your kids to go to bed hungry, because they will shutdown the cafeteria before you finish your last game and they won't let you bring outside food in to feed the boys. You should go to Dreams Park if when you actually do get to eat at the cafeteria that it looks like the picture below. You should go to Dreams Park if you want to play in unsafe field conditions and have umpires that have been instructed to just get the games in. If that means calling every pitch a strike then so be it. If I had to do it over again I would recommend going to Omaha or Florida, AirBNB a couple giant houses for the boys and the families and have a blast playing baseball that way. You'll probably save money and you will for sure have a better experience.

Baseball experience was a 10/10, hands down the best place to take a 12/13 yr old for their development, furthering their love of the game. Bring your own food as much as you can, the concessions are slow & leave a lot to be desired. I wish as a Baseball fan, all the games were more accessible on site. Lots of space for families, but some knotholes behind home plate, or more outfield seating would be great.

This is a great place for youth baseball. I have been here twice and enjoyed every minute of it. Hope to have grandchild one day to come back and do it again.

Once in a lifetime for a 12 year old baseball player. Literally a 200 foot fence version of playing in the Bigs. Ball fields are meticulously maintained and kids “camp” with their coaches for the week of a tournament they will remember for the rest of their lives.

Bottled water only. (Be discrete & put a pack of crackers in your pocket.)
Paved paths and transports are extended golf carts. Very accessible.
You won't enjoy bringing your own chair. Sometimes the walk from the parking lot can be very long, and some days you may spend a lot of time walking around...and personally, I would not have enjoyed carrying a chair around. Enjoy the seating provided at each field. There will be plenty, and the seats are comfortable enough to watch the whole game without having to get up and stretch.
As a consolation, the food is decent and reasonably priced.
No one is allowed to walk in or out of the park at any time. Security will stop you.
Fields 1-10 are streamed. Link here: http://www.dreamsparktv.net/Search.aspx?Show=Live
Weekly tournaments run in June, July and August. Contact Cooperstown Dreams Park for tournament information.
Yes download the app and the Livestream is 2.99 for the week.
No pets are allowed inside Cooperstown Dreams Park. Service dogs are allowed.
Not to my knowledge. Same as the other replies, I only know they televise some games. There were no announcers/ commentators at any of the games.
It IS worth it YES! It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the young man! The prices aren't too bad!, and the wait depends on WHEN you bring it in! (The ball is much cheaper than the bat!)

Yeah the ceremony itself is maybe an hour, possibly a little less. The "get there early to get a seat" and wait for another hour before it begins is the really painful part.
Parents can not enter until the very end of the tournament. So if you leave early parents still have to wait outside the pick up area.
6pm
Almost all day on the main fields
They only launder the uniforms. I suggest having your child bring you their dirty clothes as the week goes on at the games. You can launder them off site.
38 to 42
Spectators are free. Players and coaches are $995 each for the week.
Transports run all day. Not really a problem.
No outside food and drinks. The Prices for the food are reasonably.
No. They have concession stands.
Contact the park itself. My guess is they do not retain videos longer than a year. That would be huge storage space.
I'm not a CDP employee but I'm sure they do, yes. And I believe their lodging and food is also covered (there is a section of dorms in the barracks for them). Many of them also bring pins for trading.
Yes and you can order the televised games on their website once they become available.
It only makes money for 13 weeks a year
Yes, but arrive early because only about half of the seating area is covered from above so it fills up fast
No to both. They have transports for all but onlt backpacks or bags for sunscteen. No food or beveragesallowed in for fans. All must be bought there. They are lenient about what is in baseball water bottles used by kids. No much else.
Stands are only at main field. There are chairs w backs at all other fields.
Yes. Plastic chairs. You can bring your own chair too
Just come back. There is WiFi. Not the. Best due to location. But i was able to get on it
There are pay per use batting cages next to Double Day field.
