I was looking for a specific Hallmark piece. They didn't have it in stock but took my name and number down and said they would call if they do get it in. They did just that and had it set aside for me when I came in today. Great staff and excellent customer service, with very nice selection of hallmark products. They also are an office supply store which is very convenient. I'll be doing business here again. Thanks so much!

I bought a ton of posterboard today for my company. The printer that prints the account purchase slips was down, but the ladies were super sweet and nice about it and filled it out by hand. Afterwards they helped me out to my car. Everyone at the Rome Hummel's is always so friendly and helpful. We're happy to do business with them! :)
