Be Carful Adopting here. They gave my mother a sick cat and now they wont do anything to fix the problem. Told her to take it to a vet. Really you charge adoptoin fees and give people sick animals then tell them its on them to pay a vet. WoW!!!!
You know
My mother adopted a “therapy” cat many years ago but he ended up coming home with kennel cough (normal vax) and she had to spend so much for his health. Don’t worry! He survived and had plenty of love! ❤️

Don't like the fact that the cats aren't spayed when they leave there,so when you get them home they come in heat and they try to get outside and get pregnant, I was told my kitten would be spayed in 2 weeks it's been going on 6 weeks, it's only a matter of time and I will be bringing kittens to them

We adopted two lovely sister cats recently and the process was very smooth and effortless. They really care about all of their animals.

It may also depend on the reason he was surrended to them in the first place.
The 21 years old is a State law and is similar to buying alcohol because of the responsibility factor. I believe it is required for all animals to be up to date with their shots prior to adoption.
Yes, you have to be an adopter because of liability insurance.
Get it and you to a trainer
Im not shure they get diffrent dogs in everyday. You can call them and find out more.
Check or cash
They do not take open bags of food.
They need dog walkers, volunteers for events, cleaners. They will require you to be trained to walk dogs. That does not mean a long course, but just a walk through with one of the employees a couple times
Yes they take donations. Blankets are always needed too
On their web site ..instruction on how to .
They should be open today. They are only closed on Mondays.
Yes and toys and food.
Call Humane Society and ask them.
You're better off to take some time to go by there & see what all they have. You can take them out of the cage & walk with them, play with them, hold them. That's how you can really find what u are looking for!
Yes they will have there shots an I wanna say the kittens r about $100
Call the Humane Society in Rome. I believe they are closed on Mondays, call them on Tuesday. They are wonderful.
Is the mom cat friendly? Do you have the ability to pick it up or touch it at all? If not unfortunately the Humane Society of Rome can not accept the cats as we need them to be able to be adopted out into homes. There was a group called R-cats but I'm not sure if they are currently active or not.
I agree with Scott, also their age has to do with their price. You can call them and ask.
Look them up. They post adoptable animals on their site
They often do, but you would either have to go there or call.
