Did not clean car very well for touchless .Got the premium package,not worth it. Spots, still dirt on vehicle.

Not impressed... $12.00 for car wash... no directional lights were working... wasn't sure i was in position correctly...didn't get car dried off Glad I didn't go for the 17.00 option

The car wash is all right, just don't go to the "coin" machine because you are basically getting proprietary Chucky Cheese coins for ONLY MATRIX car wash use.

Very easy to use but expensice. I washed, foam brush, high pressure rinse, then a wax job, all manual. Spent maybe 13 minutes or so. Cost 12 dollars and change. Ended up around a dollar a minute. I'd have been better to use automatic portion of car wash. Worked great though. Everything as it should. Very convenient as I just used debit card.

There us a telephone number posted at the brushless entry. The owner is a reasonable businessman and I can guarantee he will help resolve your issue.
Easy, there is a phone number on the wash selection of the automated car wash. If you can't find it for some reason, go down to the laundromat in the plaza by the bowling alley and ask the attendant for the number.
There is a telephone number published at the car wash. Just call that number. The owner is reasonable and I am sure he will respond to your concern.
Good luck finding a number because I couldn't find on to complain about soap being left on my car after using the automatic wash
