A little misunderstanding this morning when my dryer was dropped off on my front deck without being installed. I phoned the Norwich Lowes and their Customer Service was excellent and very reassuring. I was directed to the store manager who was very courteous and understanding. He informed me that he would be contacting the delivery guys to return and install my dryer. Within less than an hour they returned and were very friendly and cheerful. They did a great job installing my dryer. Once again my extreme satisfaction and confidence with Lowes has been restored. Much thanks to the Lowes Team for the great work and customer service they provide.

The Lowe's in Norwich is one of if not the best Lowe's I have shopped at. Very well organized and stocked. The thing that really sticks out is the customer service by ALL the employees. They are extremely helpful and friendly that makes you want to keep on going back.

Nice, clean, organized store. Plenty of friendly staff to help you. Not as much inventory as larger locations but you can't beat the friendliness of your hometown stores.
