More like no stars! This place is a disgrace

Horrible place, they are under staffed refused to clean up rooms with elders who cant walk. They don’t help. My grandma was put there and they wouldn’t clean her room they put her on a lift thing and she has a big accident they told my family they wouldn’t help clean it because they didn’t get paid enough AS IF it’s not there job. They had blood and everything else old milk on my grandmas room before she could even get in her room.

Patient left in very dirty diapers for over 2 hours plus. This isn't a one time thing ...it happens a lot. I know you are short staffed, but he is rehabilitation and very aware. Not a happy camper

I know quite a few people that has worked here staff don't last that long there. If you don't like your job give it to someone else. Patients get neglected and there is nothing being done. Reach out and help someone don't let this world take over our loved ones. They were there for us so now it's our time to be there for them.
