After a few visits its safe to say that customer service is not their forte. I would recommend not bringing your children to this store. Prices are good though. That's the only good thing about the store

I am young, and surprisingly know a lot about coins. I have become a coin dealer myself, and have had some success. I went in there to see what they would offer me on some Indian Head Cents. The lady at the counter offered, $1 each for the common date ones, which is understandable and actually a great deal. Then she proceeds to offer me only $50.00 for an 1877 INDIAN HEAD CENT!! That is the best year, and is easily worth hundreds of dollars. I honestly felt I was being taken advantage of because of my age. $50.00 is ridiculous. I don’t know what the greysheet or the blue book has off the top of my head, but I know it is not $50.00. She tried to take advantage of me.

Unfortunately I had the worst experience ever of customer service. What makes it more sad, is that I was being waited on by seniors. Millennials I can understand but seniors! Really! There were a few people in the store when I came in. Apparently they had more important things to do than wait on this customer. I had brought in some stamps for them to look at, and they basically treated me like a parasite. The older lady that looked at what I brought in didn’t spend more than 15 seconds, then started lecturing me that my stamps weren’t worth anything. She stated I needed to have stamps that were printed before World War I, yada yada yada. If you are needing a business to check out stamps, please look elsewhere. This business does not deserve the time that it will take for you to go there! Shame on this business!!!
