Very friendly, polite, helpful, and efficient staff. I needed to rent last minute and long term for my work which involves inspecting homes across the country. I had some trouble with the first vehicle I initially rented but Joe and the staff at National City were right on point. With their assistance I was able to swap out the vehicle mid-trip and get right back to business.
