Came in for a simple tire rotation and sensor replacement and ended up having to pay for a new battery! I dropped off the car and was already promised the service could be done the same day. That was a lie. I ended up having to come pick it up the next day and as I was about to leave after signing all the paper work, I notice my car alarm is very low so I ask the clerk why all of a sudden my battery is discharged. He checks the paper work and notices that the battery was fine when they checked it, so he proceeds to re check it after arguing with me that the battery wouldn't affect the sound of the car alarm. Turns out the battery was near dead. I tell him well how is it that the battery drained its self over night, they had to clearly have done something to drain my battery. The supervisor then comes in and checks it her self again and says I can give you 40 dollars off. Clearly that is not my fault that her employees decided to kill my battery and then make me pay for it. After 1 hour of complaining she wouldn't want to reimburse what I would have to pay so I had to spend another hour just so they could get my new battery. Please avoid this place at all cost don't go thru this experience too. Every customer in the shop was complaining about how long they take to get their service done, no matter how small it is.

Went in for an Oil change, Miguel went above and beyond helping me. Friendly, he helped me clean up a spill I had with coffee. I spoke to Allan initially. There was another person who was probably the mechanic, he didn't say much. My car seems better after the oil change. I usually have trouble finder a place that will do a mercedes oil change or that will work with European cars. We need more people like Miguel who acknowledges the customer, helps to clean and responds with compassionate. I felt welcomed. SO THANKS MIGUEL and thanks to who did my OIL CHANGe. I bought my own filter but they said they have to used their own company filter. Which is fine by me. I was done sooner that I thought. The lobby area is nice and cozy has all these chargers for your phones and aircon, T.v. etc.

I've been a customer of Firestone for over 15 years now. I don't like giving bad reviews but I had to share my experience from today. I have all my cars service at Plaza Blvd National City Firestone for the life of my cars. Always had A+ service but today they have loss my respect and business. I have never been frustrated and sadden by the customer service I have received today. I called for my warranty for my battery that I have purchased from Firestone. I was told that they will honor my replacement battery. As I droped off my car for a repair I was told different by the service Manager Allan that I had to pay over $100 to replace a battery which is still under warranty. Customer service was very poor, demeanor of service manager was uncalled for, and very frustrated driving to the shop with a dead battery. I don't know what happen to this shop that I used to be a fan off. Also noticed that they are a new crew in the shop. I hope that my review will be heard. It's a shame that this is what Firestone is all about now. I hope there will be a change in management at Plaza Blvd Firestone. Very sadden of my experience today.

Absolutely terrible, don't come here if you have any kind of issue with your vehicle at all, either Google it, YouTube it, or whatever way you can do it on your own because they will rip you off and scam you right out. Had an "alignment" done on my car with a faulty ball joint and control arm, they some how aligned those pieces when they were damaged. Got the part replaced, new tires, tires go out not even a month later. They try to blame the tires saying they were "offbrand", I get two more used tires to replaces the ones that blew, I had gotten the steering knucle replaced that was also bad. Went in today and they say the part is bad and needs to be replaced, even though the part was brand new and replaced the day before. They say they cant align my car because theres too much "play", meaning it moves too much, it seems kind of weird that they were able to "align" it the first time yet they cant do it at all after i get all these new parts. Afterwards, I head home and all of a sudden there's a huge nail in my driver side tire when I get home. Seems awfully suspicious that I have it right after they say they can't align my car, never come here again for any car issues at all, I'd rather go to an old pop shop to get any further issues resolved. This location is a scam and I will never return for Firestones' services ever again.
