I would never usually spend this amount of effort in warning the public about how bad a company is, until now. Do NOT under any circumstances rent a truck from Penske. They left me and my family out with a truck that had no working headlights. Bad thing for me is I realized this at dusk, in the middle of the desert with no way to see in front of me. Major safety issue. Took a day to fix the headlights, cost me a large hotel bill even though we never made it there because we were stuck in some small town waiting for Penske to send someone to fix the truck. Had more issues and bottom line was left with an additional $1,000 in expenses and time lost moving my family across the country.

Ashley is Rude and Unprofessional. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Decided to extra charge because they decided to close when I was supposed to return the vehicle(was told it was ok to return the next day, by the person who rented it to me) and was expected to cater to their time. Rental agreement never included any of these terms and when I stated the obvious, all I got was, “ well, I’m telling you know!” With a really nasty attitude.
