If what is left of my memory is working, a license plate on a vehicle will be labeled antique car. If you are asking if the plate itself is an antique, you would need to know the age of the plate. U have to sign up online on the dept of motor vehicle website at 7am sharp to reserve a spot. The spots r all gone by 7:30am. It will say 14 hrs to wait but then u'll get a text soon with a shorter wait time. When it gets close, they give u only 7 minutes to get there, however, u have 2 hrs to get there. I went inside after my 7 minute warning had long expired and they placed me inside right away. When ur in there, if u wait sitting down for more than 10 minutes and ur number hasn't been called, go ask about it because ur number might have dropped out of the system. That's what happened to me. I was able to show texts on my phone to prove I was supposed to be there. I hope this helps.

You have to use the Qless system. The website is wrong, you cannot just show up and walk in right now. You can start getting into the QLess line at 7am, sometimes a little before if their system is acting up like it was last week.

You dont even have to get in line. There's a kiosk to the side and all you do is punch in your info and even pay right there with a card. Then you get a receipt and they mail your sticker to you. Your receipt is good if you get pulled over
