Customer service isn't that great, prices are awesome

I was a loyal customer until today. On average I ordered 12-20 pairs of shoes a month with Hibbett. I usually order the shoes and then pick them up at the store. My last order was delay three weeks. I called the headquarters of Hibbett they told me that the shoes have arrived in the Greenville store so I would get a message from them soon to pick up the shoes. Instead I got a text message that same night stating that my order was cancelled because I didn’t pick it up, which I was NEVER aware of. When I called the store the employees told me that they canceled my order because they had to sell the shoe. The payment was already taken out of my account and they still didn’t hold my order for me. The employees also stated that they can order the shoes again but I won’t have to go in the store and pay for it all again. I need this order within the next 2 days and you would think as a consistent customer, they would make some kind of effort to help but I got the complete opposite. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with a store before. Hibbet Sports in Greenville doesn’t care about their customers. Very unprofessional and will never have my business again.
