I wish I could recall the name of the gentleman who was working the cash register today- he said he was the assistant manager (I believe he said his name was Miles, but I could be wrong). His customer service skills are top notch and he should personally be recognized for this. I saw him working the register, checking the stock, greeting people, all the above. When I checked out, I had a few oddly shaped items but I was totally okay with having one bag, he tried to make it all fit perfectly and when I told him I could carry the bag as is he said “as long as you are happy” and that really stood out to me. While I was shopping I overhead him have several other pleasant conversations with other customers and I can tell he really cares. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of in that store. Please give him a personal shout out!

I just left this store and Paris and Miles were working and they are fantastic! They were very personable and Miles went above and beyond to help me find the garland I was looking for and moving stuff out of the way. It’s so hard to find such friendly people and exceptional customer service these days and these two were awesome! Keep up the great job and I hope to see these two again! I’d love to hire them! :)

I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I arrived. I was asked if I needed help. I needed several gallons of Crystal Geyser water. Since they come in 6-packs, which are mighty heavy, a strapping gentleman employee offered to load up my cart with three boxes and another offered to help me to my car. Bless their hearts! They made my day!!!

All staff friendly and helpful, but many shelves were empty, probably because of lack of workers. I was at this same store about a month ago around 8:30 p.m. and was concerned to find only one staff member, a woman, in the store alone. I think this is unsafe.
