My dad lived at Silvercrest at Deer Creek for 2 years. It was a wonderful place and the staff was wonderful to my dad. Our whole family enjoyed every time we visited Deer Creek and the care my Mom received was absolutely the best. Such an awesome place to move a loved one into. All the staff (and I mean all the staff) are awesome and will take the time to say hi. The place is clean and cozy and is easy to settle into and feel like home. It’s super convenient to have an assisted and independent living there so if move help is needed it’s only a few feet away. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a facility. The food is great too, who wouldn’t want a chef to provide nice home cooked meals 3 times a day 7 times a week

My mother had the pleasure of living at Silvercrest. They delivered everything the marketing sales office promised. They even helped us to make the right decision between independent and assisted living. We chose independent, because we wanted easy access to visits during Covid. Once there, hospitality started at welcome to your new home and kept on going. We didn't have any issues of concern. They were quick to respond to any questions, always with a better than expected response.

Our base rate in assisted living and memory care includes 3 meals a day, housekeeping, laundry service, an emergency safety alarm system, wellness checks, transportation to community programs and all of our in-house activities.
While the age of our residents varies, the average resident is in their mid-80’s.
As this is our residents’ home, we welcome visitors and will always work with our family and friends to visit loved ones at a time that works best for them.

There is 2 choises for lunch and two for dinner my mama picked which one she is more comfortable with. And if you need they will deliver your meal to your room

That is why at all of our communities we welcome your furry or feathered family members and even the ones that swim (as long as they can do so in 50 gallons of water or less). So whether you talk, purr, bark, or just swim around all day, you’re welcome at our community!

Our activities and programs are specifically designed to engage our residents in five areas of wellness. We focus on physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual wellness.
We are resident-focused. Our team is built around each resident’s specific needs, not on a set time predicted to meet their needs. We offer personalized care for each resident, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect, kindness and comprehensive care.
While residents may keep their current physicians, we can also help them find physicians closer to the community. We have regular visits to our communities from some doctors, but there is no obligation to use them. We offer transportation for our residents who need a ride to a doctor’s appointment, for an additional fee.
Before move-in, our team of nurses will assess your current health and review your medical history to determine the best care for you. We will also discuss your own preferences, including your day to day routines, to develop the best plan for you.
