I was super nervous reading all the other comments after I had already booked a party for both of my sons last weekend. But I had nothing but a great experience for the most part. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with my hostess for my party. She took our cake and presents and sat them on our own cart that they take up to the party room when it's party time. My family who was with us that was not jumping were able to be near us and places for them to sit and watch the whole time which was awesome! When party time came, they announced my sons birthdays and we headed upstairs. They didn't have the ability to provide pizza from their concession so they ordered in from pizza hut. I was supposed to have two cheese pizzas but they had 3 pizzas for us. Was supposed to be two sodas unlimited but again their machines are not working at this time so they provided Gatorade and water. There were two girls there the whole time with us for whatever we needed. They hung up my decorations and had everything set up that I had brought for the party before we got upstairs. Completely unexpected but very nice I didn't have to worry about doing this! Overall a great experience. Cons: the one customer service girl was cussing at the customer service desk in front of all the kids I had with us. Not all the team members were on the same page as to what is expected in different areas for the guests when jumping. Minor issues that can be resolved with a little bit more training and customer service expectations for the employees.

This place is a joke! We paid for our 4 year old and 8 year old to jump over 40 bucks. The facility had more than 2 attractions closed, had no drinks to purchase and no food. We were told to go next door, buy drinks and bring them in. All the workers stood in a circle talking, completely not paying attention to anything other than their conversation! Won't be coming back here! Rather drive further away to a nicer facility and pay the same price. 1st and last time!

Completely disorganized. From initial contact through the party, complete mess. They should also waive the fee for bringing in your own food as they were out of EVERYTHING except fries and then it took 20 minutes to get them. I'd also think on such a busy day they'd have more spotters. Clearly mismanaged.

Best Time Ever! I wouldn’t recommend going after 6/7 pm if you have children under the age of 8/9 years old as they get an older crowd at about that time.

Don't think so. Who needs a free wifi anymore? With all the unlimited service, if u have kids with tablets, just turn one of your phone as a wifi hotspot.
$15.95 for an hour but They offer specials for longer times. It is great place for kids of all ages. Well supervised and very clean. Staff is very courteous and seem to like their job.
Any age , kids and adults .
I didn't have a good experience with sky zone cause my brother went to play on the basketball trampoline court and almost got into a fight with other aggressive kids
Price depends on the mins you select for the 3 kids...all day pass, 120 mins, 90 mins etc...u can visit their website for more info.
Wear a mask unless your jumping
Yes, everyone over age 2. Even the kids jumping. They do sell them also.
They have dodgeball, an obstacle course, a rock wall, a small battle area where each person try's to knock the other off a platform, a foam pit where you can free jump, basket ball nets, and a plain jumping area. Everywhere but the obstacle course, rock wall, and battle area have trampolines.
All tickets are priced per jump time unless it's a special event going on.
Yes,no matter the time everything is always open
For 1 adult and 2 kids was $52 for one hour. If you don't have their "safety" socks, they're about $6 per pair.
Usually it's $35 between 11pm-7am.
The prices are actually quite reasonable my son always gets a 2-hour pass that's around $23 before tax and we usually bring our socks with us if you need socks they have them there I want to stay there around $4. I will usually sit up on top where I can see him and then when he needs to take a break he comes up and gets a drink.
Grpupon has discounts Bday party cost a little high but they do let alot of kids come so maybe value is there.. ill shut up
You may want to call to be sure
I paid 38 for 2 beautiful little girls Pizza and a pitcher was 12.99 Soda and pretzel/ nachos for 5.99 Socks were 3 dollars i think but u pay once and keep socks. U gotta wear there socks not to ruin the trampoline i guess. I loved it
Like 25 buckaroos
16.99 per person for 1 hour, 21.99 for 90 minutes, and 27.99 for 2 hours... plus 4.99 for the required socks.
1 hour jump is $15.99 per person plus $3 for pair of socks. They have a family fun night for 60 min for $70 and includes soda and pizza. Call before you go just to be sure for dates and times
Very kid friendly. Just make sure it's open jump time.
Prices vary depending on size of the group and the package you want.
Hi Kyle you can purchase air socks at Sky Zone. I believe I paid 2.99 for them.
It doesn't matter how much the tickets are. Skyzone is terrible. There so rude and incipient. Go to ALTITUDE instead. Better music and trampolines. They have zip lines that go into foam pits and so much more.
Start a $15.99/hr
They have a bigger one in orlando.
22:00hours
$12- $15 for 1 hour jump. Glow party was ~$25 for 2 hpur jump.
