If I could give them a thumbs down I would. I attended their AHA CPR & First Aid training. I paid $90 cash for the training as stated above, upon receiving the e-card I discovered they had issued me the wrong card. I called the same day, I spoke to Matthew who apologized and assured me the American Heart Association e-card would be issued instead of the Red Cross CPR card I mistakenly received . Beforehand I made sure all the staff there was aware I was there for an AHA card. It’s been almost 2 months and neither MAGGIE the instructor or MATTHEW have contacted me to rectify the issue. I have a voicemail recording of Matthew admitting to their mistake, yet the mistake wasn’t corrected. Also the Red Cross CPR class is $60 I paid for the $90 American Red Cross and here we are. I will be seeking assistance to report them to AHA and the scam their pulling in unsuspecting patrons. UPDATE: Thank you Maggie, your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Additionally having you take the time (in real time) to fix the problem and maintain the upbeat and positive energy I witnessed in your classroom, through this resolution is impressive and refreshing. Thank you.
