I was a transfer, working with this company at the Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga location was extremely confusing as the staff were unorganized. They sit in the office and ignore phone calls, treat people unfairly based off how they feel about them. And make it hard to just simply work for the company because of personal vendettas. Very unprofessional to the point I will be writing a letter to headquarters details provided. I have not had a problem within the company, until coming to this location. having to leave prime flight because of the inability to do their jobs properly while also being rude in the next cubical of the main majestic aviation office still saddens me. It is beyond me how people could carry on this way.

I may adjust my rating after (if) I receive my cargo, but I tend to doubt it. If the people handling the cargo are anywhere near as inept as the people responsible for handling general information phone calls, then I'll be extremely lucky if my live cargo survives their ministrations. Okay, I forgot to update this in anything remotely like a timely fashion. The two people that I finally dealt with at the Majestic Terminal Services business were friendly, helpful, and treated the puppy very politely in my presence. She seemed to enjoy her ride on the luggage train.

This company only takes care of its workers that are family or kiss ups. The hard workers that want to move up and do are looked down on and shunned from everyone and they will do what they can to try and break you and get you fired!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!
