DO NOT use Cox Cable. Our service has gone out each day for the past 3 weeks. Today the service is out again and the website says THREE DAYS! When you call "customer service " the automated system says "there is an issue in your area. Thanks for your patience. Goodbye" and hangs up on you. Zero communication to their customers (unless you're late paying your bill, then you'll hear from them right away). Go with anyone else available in your area, this company will not even communicate with you when something goes wrong.

Very knowledgeable and make sure you get everything you need to complete any service you want.

The worst service ever. I haven’t had service a whole 30 days and there’s already an outage. I can’t watch tv, use my Wi-Fi for my phone, etc. When is AT&T bringing fiber to my property/area because I can’t take this. Cox 🍆 is out here screwing people. And I can bet $500 that they won’t discount my bill for the outage either.

Staff is not friendly. Definitely not concerned about losing customers.

Yes, they are full service at that location
Unless you are canceling service I don't know why you would be requested to return something. I used to get bills from them on Sunday or late at night.
They are on Vets interstate side between Transcontinental and Clearview.next to Bonefish Restaurant. I had good service there.
