He has tried everything!Now,there saying Sunday late afternoon is the earliest they can come check it.He's 86 and has to use the neighbors phone just to call them.Just don't seem fair how they treat long time customers!
Had to call cox direct tell them the problem and explain to them that you have already had two service calls out you should not have to pay for a service call if they work strictly outside the house and do not have to wire anything inside. Keep calling everyday until the problem is fixed. Then explain to them how long your cable has been out and how long this is been going on and demand a credit for the amount of time without service this should work.
