I was there on Friday May 6. Great service. A person named Maria helped me ship a small package. By changing the envelope she saved me a lot of money and made it ship quicker. Friendly and helpful.

I missed my passport appointment due to a family emergency and was hoping to be seen as a walk-in appointment. I was eventually seen by Tomika Gomez who was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful assisting with our application. I'm so appreciative she was there to help assist throughout the process. Thank you, Tomika!!!

GREAT SERVICE ! My wife and I arrived here about 11am on Wednesday to take care of some stuff. I had an 11.30am appointment to apply for a US passport. Even though I obtained US citizenship a couple of years back we have not traveled outside the USA since then. With our planned vacation in New York coming up in late September we decided I needed a US passport so we could travel to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls ( apparently it's better on the other side ). Since covid restrictions on air travel have relaxed somewhat people like us have decided to travel outside of the country...in fact many more than we anticipated as we found out when we made my appointment a few weeks ago. The wait to get a US passport is currently up to 18 weeks and up to 12 weeks if you pay to have it expedited. We didn't wait long for my name to be called out as the woman with the 11.15am appointment showed up late and without her birth certificate. Daaaah ! A postal worker named Christine looked after us inside the cosy passport application room. I had brought all the required filled out application forms, my certificate of naturalization, drivers license, etc. We opted for the expedited method which cost an extra $77.56 on top of the normal fee of $110. We also shelled out $35 for USPS processing and $26 for overnight delivery of my passport application to the US Department of State ( this amount of $61 was paid separate ). Christine told us that after 6 weeks we will be able to track the application process. We were done in about 15 minutes as Christine was very efficient ! NOTE. I received my new US passport just 5 weeks later !

To ensure it's part of the last pick up I would have it at the post office before 4:00pm
Sorry I'm not sure...
You can do that on the website USPS.com. https://m.usps.com/m/HoldMail
The best way is on USPS.com. Next to the logo you'll see quick tools in the menu. Then select Hold Mail
