Fantastic experience, the store has floor to ceiling of glass cases and frames. Really cool and unique brands. Took a week to receive my prescription and the frames were immaculate. All the people working are very friendly and will let you try on anything. Will be returning. Edit: They also adjusted my glasses when they noticed they were loose. Free of charge and before I had even purchased anything. Good place.

I was working in the Carlsbad area for the week and searched for a Lindberg authorized dealer near me, which brought me to Europtics. I needed an adjustment on my Lindbergs which had been badly botched by a mail-in lens replacement service based in NY! Right away they were able to identify glaring issues and took my glasses without hesitation and inspected them with their official Lindberg tools, which I had no idea existed. They actually showed me the lab and all the precision equipment and training certificates, fully convincing me that going with a Lindberg dealer is the way to go when working with these cutting-edge ultra thin titanium frames! As they looked closer at my glasses, they found more and more problems from the last lab. I was impressed that they could visually reverse-engineer all the settings and such that the previous lab used with their equipment. We talked more about Glacier Expressions lens coatings, Lindbergs, prescription strength, everyone was so knowledgable and delighted to help. Their display cases look like art galleries, with rare Lindbergs and Maui Jims with some of the best polarized lenses on the market. In no time my new lenses were fitted perfectly into my thintanium frame, thanks to the addition of their authentic Lindberg silicone bands. I was so happy I came to the right place to get these glasses fixed the right way.

Beautiful store, great selection of frames and fantastic staff! I purchased my first pair of Eyebobs prescription lenses and a pair of nonprescription Maui Jim sunglasses. My husband picked out new Oakley prescription glasses and Ray Bans prescription sunglasses. Zack and Vohn gave us great service, excellent recommendations for our individual needs and a follow up fitting after our glasses came back from their labs. Great experience from start to finish!
