The service is exceptional - Gavin went above and beyond to make a repair on a ebike I got online - even custom built a tool! Now I see the value in purchasing locally because all of Charlie’s bikes are backed by their service dept. which at this point is worth their weight in gold.

Tommy and Brian are very helpful and friendly! It's just a bummer that you have to wait 5 days before you can pick up your bike, however Brian said he would try his Best to have it ready a day earlier! That's awesome customer service! Five stars to Brian for effort!Hope it happens!

My husband and I rented bikes from Charlie"s while on vacation in May 2019. Brian provided us with excellent customer service. He was very thorough in explaining how the bikes work, showing us all the features and answering any questions we had. We are considering purchasing some ebikes through Brian. Charlie's shop is very nice, clean and they are all very personable. Would definitely recommend renting from them.
