This is a city owned & operated parking garage. Not sure why they even have a parking attendant, he's worthless. I was having a problem paying for my parking ticket, and he just sat in his booth with the windows closed yelling to try another machine. We tried two more machines but still no luck. He wouldn't help us until I stood in the way of cars trying to exit and refused to move. Finally the attendant took my ticket into his booth and had me pay him cash for my parking.

Only one pay ahead machine was working and the line was super long. People were annoyed and the machine wasn't processing credit cards, however it's close to the creek so it's our favorite place to park.

I mean it's a parking garage, so uh yeah, 4 stars! Super convenient to the Carroll Creek Linear Park and downtown Frederick. It's also free on weekends.

Clean and orderly. The location can be problematic for safety reasons but otherwise the parking is appropriate.
