Service was ok not busy there but when the food came out 1st was for my grandson thank goodness and he enjoyed the FF. Mine was a just a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes nothing else but after a couple of bits I looked at it mayo, mustard, and pickles were on it. Informed the server she was surprised because she wrote just lettuce and tomatoes she comp me for it but no sure what happened

Went @ 1pm on a Saturday it took 20 minutes to receive our drinks, bartender went MIA for a while and the service was horrible. We sat right by the POS system and we had to ask him numerous times if we could order because he never checked up on us. Management was also no where to be found. Food was great though, it's sad because the service here use to be amazing.

This place used to be amazing. Service was fast, place was clean, atmosphere was amazing. It’s completely changed :(. This is the slowest service I have ever gotten at any restaurant in any location in my life. Extremely disappointed. Also found hair in my ranch 😑. It’s really sad that this place has gone downhill. I know they can get the service back where it used to be it’ll just take time.

Compliments to the staff. The wait staff was friendly and cheerful. The kitchen staff was on top of their game and the food was good. Obviously the management is taking care of their people (and if they're not, shame on them) for the staff to maintain such positive attitudes during such a difficult time.
