Office staff not nice, unable to perform basic office duties like making apt. I had 2 apt. That I have paperwork for but were never saved to the system. When I expressed my disappointment, the woman was very condescending.

My Dr didn't even know why I was there, admitted he didn't look at my chart. I was there for a month post stroke check up. Asked to be switch to a new Dr and no return calls and no switch. Office staff extremely unhelpful, uncaring, unsatisfactory. Great new building, but not worth your health care for a nice building and nothing else.

Haven't been in to see them. However their hours online don't reflect their actual hours. It's inconvenient to say the least. May I recommend changing your hours to properly reflect your hours of operation.

Websites said current wait was 23 minutes for walk in. Sat there for 35 minutes seeing others arrive after me get called back. I asked how much longer and after going back to check the lady said it'd be another HOUR! Unacceptable. At the very least they should have said it's going to be a while.

The imaging center is at our Venice location about 15 minutes down the road, and is open 7 days a week. Much cheaper than an ER visit.

I was stung by a wasp. I took an antihistamine and applied ice for over an hour but the swelling has not gone down. Is there something else I can do?

If it's an allergic reaction, we always suggest the ER. If not, you can come in for an evaluation.

They can do x-rays, and treat with antibiotics, or whatever the provider decides.
