The park is well kept and the residents are quite amiable. They tend to observe an abundance of caution concerning the health scare that is so prevalent at this time, without sacrificing common courtesy. 1 item I believe should ne addressed, is to provide a safer exit arrangement. One has to cross in front and essentially impede the southbound travel of any vehicle when approaching the (chain driven) from the south. It would not be such an inconvenience if they place the exit gate further west. It would allow the safe wait needed while remaining within the safety of the community boundary, simply by creating a staggered exit from the entrance. Aesthetically every property is well maintained, and they have easy access to the freeway and airport. Lastly and just as critical to the satisfaction of the residents, is an extremely responsive and amenable HOA.

People are friendly and pleasant and the community is very clean and kept up nice and quiet plenty of things to keep one busy and active lots of park get togethers great views very relaxing and a wonderful place to live.

WE have lived in The Canyon four years now.....The management when we moved in was wonderful. There was a time for about six months that we had an anti-gay manager as mentioned in another review here but that management was quickly let go when it was discovered. The new managers are very nice people so if you are thinking of buying here please disregard the one star review which is not relevant anymore. The amenities and cleanliness of this community is top notch and the residents always wave hello to each other making it have that small town feel with the benefits of the city all around us.
