Was a tenant with Indian Lake Village from 2016 to 2022. After looking around for a new place to live in 2022 due to relocation, we determined that this place is a VERY GREAT place to live. The rooms are large, clean area, and quiet. Rent price to room and location is top notch and very competitive. You get a lot for the rent. Real maintenance emergencies were fixed within 24 hours, some times, within a few hours. Standard maintenance was typical for how large this complex is. Don't be impatient and work with the managing company and everything will be great!

Beautiful apartments and land. I'm interested in your apartments, could you please let me know the square footage for a 2 bedroom apartment and the cost. I didn't see much info so are small dogs allowed.? Thankyou

You is 920 a month and yes they do take small dogs it is 20 dollars a month for a dog
