It’s been a lovely experience so far! The staff is super helpful: ever since I’m moved in, they’ve been communicating regularly and keeping me posted with any delays and updates. The environment is quiet (which I personally enjoy). I know some people prefer louder neighbors, this isn’t for you 😜 But the kicker is that everything I need is less than 10 minutes away : grocery, gym, etc. Why it’s not 5 star you ask? Because there’s always room to improve. 😁 Edit: Finally adding that last star because the service these past few months has been exceptional. The maintenance team has been on point and communication about repairs or changes have been quite clear. I appreciate the attention to detail.

Nice staff, at least for the times I contacted them . Maintenance is reactive , even if they have a manpower shortage . Appartements are nice (things could be modernized and better, but overall all good) and the location is really good ! So far so good ( since 5 month there)

We have a very low quantity of our studio apartments and once one becomes available, we will show more details about the floor plan. Have you checked into our 1-bedroom layouts?
We have 2-bedroom apartments! We are not income-based, but we do check your rental, income, credit, and criminal history through our application process. We do not have dishwashers or washer/dryers in the apartment. We do have laundry facilities in each building.
