Made a 10am appointment they showed up at 8:30am I was in the shower. Kimberly said she would be back at 10am as scheduled. Never showed nor called again. They missed out on a $5k job. Oh well apparently they don't need the work

Restora did a great job on our patio, making sure it drained water correctly regarding slope, adding drains and the epoxy which matches our interior tile color. I would recommend using these folks and Kim the project manager is awesome to work with and taking care of any issues.

Restora did an excellent job on our pool deck and patio. Just as our five year warranty was coming to a close, we had some chips and cracks that needed repair. Restora patched and re-painted the problem areas, and cleaned the deck area nicely before re-sealing everything. It looks beautiful and we now have another five year warranty with them. The professional staff of Kim and Claudia responded quickly to my phone calls and e-mails. Jose, our project manager, and his crew did everything possible to make us happy with the results and we are! Restora did a great job and now our pool deck and patio look brand new!

Wow! I can't believe how unprofessional this company is. I have read the reviews posted here and I have to say all the 1 stars are also my complaint. Shoddy work, unresponsive to follow-up on correcting several issues. Cracks were repaired but you can see everyone on the completed floor. Epoxy is already pealing off. I have been trying since the first week of March 2020 to get a response. I finally have given up. I am calling another local company to help. I will have to pay for this, but I would rather not have another minute wasted on Restora. I am a RE agent and will take them off my referral list.
