I suggest that unreserved parking spaces be limited to 72 hour use, as with Cathedral City laws. In space #5, a tenant has left a white coupe for two years. This space is central to visitors. By using it for long-term parking, this tenant denies the benefit to other residents and their visitors. Otherwise, an excellent place to live.

My parents have lived here for almost five years now. The first three years were great. Unfortunately, not so much anymore. Within the last few years there has been an individual peeping through windows, a man threatening another individual with a gun in the parking lot and several other situations of harassment/disorderly conduct resulting in the police having to be called. When these concerns are brought to the acknowledgment of management they are completely disregarded and they only advise their resident to call the police as there is nothing that they can do. This response is ridiculous; they can hire security. When will the lives of seniors and the elderly because a priority to this large corporation? Are profits really that much more important than a human life?

My mom applied and they did not accept her supposedly for her credit. she has no eviction or bankruptcy. We paid 50 dollars and they never gave us the credit report.

It is a horrible place to live, there are people there that should be in a mental hospital, and they can raise your rent 2 or 3 times in a year...they also DO NOT give back any security, or cleaning deposits no matter how nice you leave your apartment...you are not suppose to put up a large patio umbrella to block the Sun, but to purchase they're own shades, which you cant take with you & you dont get any money back from them when you move....Some people there do have large patio umbrellas. & management allows it because they show partiality to some of their tenants ....The police are called often due to some of the strange tenants that live there.... If you are looking for a safe place to live, this isnt the place...
