This place looks nice but the spaces that have recreational vehicles make it look kind of ghetto like so that's just my opinion.

What's the monthly space price?

As we are a 55 and older park there is rent control for those of us who live here 12 months per year. So, there can be many different rents, but currently 750 is what I was told today was the staring point. With rent control for full time people the city regs control the amount of rent increase every year.

Is it a safe area and park if you are a senior single lady

DeVona Bellamy | Sep 10, 2020
Lee Boatwright | Sep 10, 2020

No it is not as there was a fight, not quite fist to fist but the pool is being taken over by someone with mental health issues as she is a FOS and she was cursing out the men, flipped them off and all they were there was to enjoy the pool. The place is inviting to the mentally ill which is sad, but homeless love it here too as they can walk in any time of day or night and find a place to camp out in the back. I would not put my mother here even if I did not love her.(FOS) friend of Sylvia.
