Decent value for the money but the course is starting to slip in its maintenance. Last week, I was in the left bunker on #12 and it looked like it hadn't been raked in weeks, Incredible number of footprints. So many unrepaired divots on the greens - sad. Today, it seemed the fairways hadn't been watered in a while and were burning out. The last couple of years, there has been significant improvement in maintenance and course conditions. Seems like it is taking a step backward. Get a high school kid to go out and fix divots and rake some bunkers in exchange for free gold. IMHO.

Some fairways not grown in with grass. Greens recently sanded and aerated so putts were slow. Speed was acceptable. It was a little crowded. They provide a military discount so hurrah for that! Didn't take advantage of grill at the turn but recommended to call from #9 tee box to place an order. Long walk to #10 tee box from pro shop. Very pleasant inside and outside staff. Started keeps groups well spaced and fills in less than 4 players with singles. I would golf here again.

I want to thank the staff at Cottonwood for making this experience pleasant and fun. My cousin, visiting from Portland and I had the privilege to play alongside Bill Moore and I can’t thank him enough for helping us improve our game today. We left the course with smiles on our faces and with a deeper respect for the game of golf. Thank you Bill, and to all the staff at Cottonwood. We will be back soon.

I'm going to go with a generous 4 stars in large part because of the price. Played the Ivanhoe track for $27. The course is plenty long, with a nice variety. Very scenic area but the course is ragged around the edges. The clubhouse is sort of sad. The greens were in poor condition, but it was obvious some folks in front of us didn't know about fixing ball marks. Fairways were fine, and vey forgiving. The staff was very friendly. Overall, a fun 18 holes.

Unfortunately, we do not. We do have our mobile app that has a GPS. You can download it here: https://manager.gallusgolf.com/DownloadApp/457/Cottonwood-Golf-Club
It's a positive cash flow currently. Unlimited use of aquifer below the course means they dont pay for water. I'd say Ivanhoe will remain open until the approval goes through to start mining. Currently pretty staunch fight against that by community.
No membership is required to play Cottonwood. Green fees vary by day and can be found on the club web page. However, on line discounts are available. Try ClickIt.com where there have been 2 for $39 deals (including cart) available in late 2018 and early 2019. Add $1 fee for online purchase.
Not sure, best to call and ask the course/Pro Shop.
Hey i want to sing to i didn't know i can sing and then hit the links
Let's just say its the best price rates around. No glitz and glamor, no rubbing elbows with the hoytie toyties just great people and a great day of golf.
